Effective October 2026. By creating a teacher account or using a class code you agree to these terms.
The service
RateMySpanish Classroom provides AI-generated Spanish practice and AI grading for educational use. The grading is a learning aid, not an official assessment; teachers remain responsible for grades of record.
Accounts and trials
Teachers may create one free trial account. After the trial, continued use requires a school or district license. We may suspend accounts used for anything other than classroom instruction.
Acceptable use
Don't try to access other classes' data, don't submit content that is abusive or unlawful, and don't scrape or resell the service.
Content
Practice sentences are generated automatically and reviewed for classroom appropriateness. If something slips through, tell us and we'll remove it. Student writing belongs to the student and their school.
Liability
The service is provided as-is; to the extent permitted by law our liability is limited to the fees paid for the current license term.
